Non smoking apartment
In the event of a breach, a lump sum of € 150 must be paid due to the enormous cleaning extra effort. Smoking is only permitted outside in the yard or on the balcony.
Animals are not allowed. Pets are not allowed, as we also offer other guests who may be allergic, our apartments.
Radio, TV, DVD player, lamps, toaster, kettle, microwave, towels, sheets, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen equipment, safe.
The tenant agrees to check the equipment on arrival and to give the landlord immediately a message in case things are missing or damaged.
Defects that arise when taking over the rental property and/ or during the rental period are to be reported to the landlord immediately in a suitable form. The renter is liable for damages caused.
Use of the WLAN is at your own risk and at the hirer's own risk. If the tenant visits paid websites or incurs liabilities, the resulting costs must be borne by him. He is obliged to comply with the applicable law when using the WLAN.
The renter agrees to abide by the house rules (lies off).
The following costs are included in the booking price:
Arrival and departure
Arrival is possible on the arrival day from 15:30.
The departure is possible at any time until 10 o'clock in the morning on the day of departure. The dishes, cups and glasses are to be put in the dishwasher and the dishwasher is to be started.
Arrival information for key delivery will be given prior to arrival.
On departure, leave the key on the dining table in the apartment and the front door is to close.
If canceled or modified up to 7 nights, no fee will be charged until 7 days before date of arrival. Cancellations and changes of 7 nights or more are free up to 14 days prior to arrival. If canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
An advance payment is not necessary.
Booking the correct number of persons
The apartment may only be used by the persons listed in the booking. If the apartment is used by more people than agreed, a separate fee is to be paid for this, which is determined in the rental price. The landlord also has the right in this case to terminate the lease without notice.
Children and babies
All children and babies are welcome. A baby cot is available for free upon reservation if the baby is taken into account when booking.
The total amount (including parking) is to be transferred to the named account until 3 days before the day of arrival. Any applicable bank charges for transfers from abroad are to be borne by the renter. For Booking.com bookings, the payment will be processed via Bookung.com (Parking fees are charged separately and must be paid on account.
Sublease / transfer to third parties
A sublease and transfer of the apartment to third parties is not allowed. The lease may not be shared with third parties.
The customer agrees to the processing of his data, insofar as this is within the scope of the purpose of the legal relationship.
Resignation by the landlord
In the event of cancellation by our side, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances (such as accident or illness of the host) and other circumstances beyond our control, such performance may be impossible; liability is limited to the reimbursement of costs. In the case of justified resignation, no claim of the customer for damages arises - liability for travel and hotel costs will not be assumed.
Liability of the landlord
The lessor is liable within the scope of the due diligence of a proper businessman for the proper provision of the rental property. A liability for possible failures or disturbances in water or electricity supply, as well as events and consequences by force majeure are hereby excluded.
The renter agrees to the terms and conditions of the holiday apartments. The consent is given with the booking. In case of violations of the general terms and conditions or the house rules, the landlord is entitled to terminate the lease immediately and without notice. A legal claim for repayment of the rent or compensation does not exist.
For any disputes the court in Schwerin (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern) is responsible.
Should one of the rental conditions described above be legally invalid, this will be replaced by an analogous next regulation. The other rental conditions remain unaffected and continue to apply.
